To set up a TP-Link router, you need to connect it to a power source and a modem/internet source, and then configure its settings.
Here are the detailed steps:
Find the network ID and password on the back of the router as seen here:
2. Using your phone or laptop, go to Wifi and connect to your router through the network and password, you found in step 1.
3.Once you are connected, via the browser go to tplinkwifi.net

4. On the Tplink site, create a login password = 'Qashier2580'
5. When you see Quick Setup - select NEXT
6. Operation Mode - Select 'Wireless Router'
7. WAN Connection Type - Select Dynamic IP
8. MAC Clone - Select 'No, I do not need to clone my MAC address
9. Wireless router dual band selection - UNCHECK 5G
10. Wireless 2.4GHz- you see the default network name, you can choose to personalize it or keep the default.
11. Wireless 5GHz - Select NEXT
12. Final step: select SAVE.
❗Give the router a few minutes to complete the configuration. During this time, do not turn off the router.
✅ Once complete, connect the POS to the newly set up router to test if the network is working.
