Customising E-receipt Email Template:

The E-receipt email template allows you to easily customise and personalise the email your customer receive. Read on to learn how to customise your e-receipt email.

Steps to Customise Your E-Receipt Email:

  1. Login to QashierHQ

  2. Select the <gear> icon on the top right corner of your QashierHQ page

  3. Select STORE SETTINGS

  4. Click on CHANGE EMAIL TEMPLATES button
    ​

  5. Click on EDIT EMAIL TEMPLATE
    ​

  6. Enter the message of your email template
    ​

  7. Click SAVE to save your settings

After customising your email template, you can see a sample of your email by clicking on TEST RECEIVE SAMPLE EMAIL and key in your email address for the email to be sent to you.
