How to Upload your POS and Receipt Logo

Display your logo on the Qashier POS terminal's front screen and on the receipt.

You can display your logo on the Qashier POS terminal's front screen and on your receipt.

  1. Log in to QashierHQ

  2. Select the <gear> icon on the top right corner of your QashierHQ page

  3. Select CHANGE LOGO.

  4. Choose your store name under the drop down menu if you got more than 1 store

  5. Follow the instructions in the screenshot below.

  6. Select MAIN LOGO to upload logo on Qashier POS front screen OR

  7. Select PRINTER LOGO to upload logo on receipt (printed in black/white)

  8. Drag your logo image or click on + icon to upload your logo (Do resize to the dimension stated beside upload main logo)

  9. Click UPLOAD IMAGE If you encounter issues applying these changes, ensure that your POS system is refreshed. You can do this by returning to the main screen of your POS and tapping the back button multiple times to sync the new settings.

Note: Auto-resizing of image will be available soon. Please resize your images before uploading for now.

Once upload image has been done on QashierHQ, on your Qashier POS terminal, refresh your POS by going back to the home page. You should be able to see the changes of your logo. Alternatively, restart the POS terminal by turning it off and on for changes to be reflected.

Troubleshooting Logo Display Issues

Why Does My Store Logo Revert to the Qashier Logo?

The most common reason for your store logo reverting to the Qashier logo is an unstable internet connection or complete lack of connectivity. Stable internet is crucial for synchronizing your settings.

Steps to Resolve the Issue

  1. Restart the POS Device: This can trigger the logo display update.

  2. Check Your Internet Connection: An unstable internet connection can cause the problem. If connectivity issues persist:

    • Restart your Wi-Fi router by powering it off and then back on.

    • Reconnect your POS terminal to the Wi-Fi network.

    • Forget the current Wi-Fi network on your POS if necessary and reconnect to ensure a stable connection.

  3. Reconnect to WiFi: If the logo still does not appear, simply reconnect to the WiFi once to resolve temporary glitches.

These steps should restore your store's logo on the receipts. If the issue persists after performing the steps above, please contact our support team for further assistance.
