[SG/MY] How to Set Up Lalamove Delivery for QashierEats

Deliver QashierEats orders with your own Lalamove business account: what you need, how to get your Lalamove API key, getting it connected, and choosing Lalamove as your delivery courier in QashierHQ.

Summary: Deliver your QashierEats orders with your own Lalamove business account. Once it's set up, Qashier books a Lalamove motorcycle rider automatically for every delivery order you accept.

Applies to: Singapore and Malaysia. QashierHQ, for stores with QashierEats delivery enabled. You need access to Settings in QashierHQ.

How Lalamove delivery works

  • Your own Lalamove account: deliveries are booked on your Lalamove business account and paid from your Lalamove wallet.

  • Automatic booking: after you accept an order, Qashier books the rider 30 minutes before the pickup time, or straight away if pickup is sooner.

  • Live delivery price: customers see Lalamove's delivery price for their address at checkout.

  • Delivery support from Lalamove: Qashier books the rider, but Lalamove provides the delivery. Contact Lalamove about delivery issues through your Lalamove account.

Before you start

  • A Lalamove business account in the same country as your Qashier account (Singapore or Malaysia).

  • A topped-up Lalamove wallet. Lalamove requires this before it gives you production API keys, and every delivery is paid from it.

  • Your store address and store phone number up to date with Qashier. Lalamove uses them as the pickup point and the sender contact. If you're not sure, ask support to check.

Step 1: Get your Lalamove API key and secret

  1. Log in to the Lalamove Partner Portal.

  2. Open the Developers tab.

  3. Select the Production environment at the top right of the page.

  4. Copy your API key (it starts with pk_prod_) and API secret (it starts with sk_prod_).

Keep your API secret private. Don't post it in group chats, emails to several people or anywhere public.

Step 2: Ask Qashier to connect your Lalamove account

Contact Qashier support through Live Chat and tell us which store you want to connect. Our team will tell you how to share your API key and secret securely, and will connect your Lalamove account to that store. If you have several stores, each store is connected separately.

Step 3: Choose Lalamove as your delivery courier in QashierHQ

  1. In QashierHQ, click the Settings (gear) icon at the top right. On a phone, open your account menu and tap Settings.

  2. Under Online Ordering, click QashierEats, then select your store.

  3. Click Configure Delivery Settings.

  4. Under Delivery Type, choose Lalamove.

  5. Read the terms in the Attention window and click Agree.

  6. Under Delivery Fee, choose what your customers pay (see below).

  7. Click Confirm.

If QashierHQ shows Contact us via Live Chat to enable this option., your Lalamove account isn't connected yet. Do step 2 first.

Whatever you choose, Lalamove charges its own price to your Lalamove wallet. With the last three options, the customer's fee and Lalamove's price can differ.

With Lalamove, Lalamove decides which addresses it can deliver to. Customers outside its area see Delivery address is out of range.

Stop using Lalamove

Follow step 3 and choose Self-arrange or PandaGo instead. Orders already booked with Lalamove still finish normally. Keep your Lalamove account connected until those orders are delivered.
