Summary: After a customer pays for a Lalamove delivery order, you accept it as usual on Qashier POS or QashierHQ. Qashier then books a Lalamove rider for you automatically and keeps the driver status up to date until the order is delivered.
Applies to: Singapore and Malaysia. QashierEats stores whose delivery courier is Lalamove. Qashier POS must be on the latest version on every device in the store.
How a Lalamove order flows
The customer pays. The order appears in your QashierEats online orders on Qashier POS and QashierHQ with the usual new-order alert, marked (Lalamove).
You accept the order, the same way as other QashierEats orders. The customer receives the order confirmation email. Nothing is booked with Lalamove until you accept.
Qashier books the rider on your Lalamove account, 30 minutes before the pickup time. If the pickup time is less than 30 minutes away, the rider is booked straight away. You don't need to do anything.
Lalamove assigns a driver. The driver's name and phone number appear in the order details on Qashier POS and QashierHQ, and on the customer's order page.
The driver picks up and delivers the order. The customer receives an email when the order is picked up, and the driver status updates by itself at each step.

Lalamove orders on Qashier POS
Order lists (Now and Scheduled): each Lalamove order shows (Lalamove) and its driver status. The row turns red if Qashier couldn't book a rider, and orange if the order has waited 15 minutes for a rider.
Order details: tap the order to see the driver's name and phone number, the Lalamove Delivery Fee, the driver status, and the Lalamove ID once the rider is booked.

Driver status
You see the driver status in the order list and order details on Qashier POS, and under Order Info in QashierHQ.
Driver Status | What it means |
NA | Accepted. The rider will be booked 30 minutes before pickup. |
Waiting for driver to accept | Booked with Lalamove. Lalamove is looking for a driver. |
Accepted | A driver has taken the job and is on the way to your store. |
Picked-Up | The driver has collected the order. |
Delivered | The order has been delivered. |
Cancelled | Lalamove cancelled the delivery. A new rider is not booked automatically: self-arrange or void the order. |
Unable to call Lalamove rider | The booking failed. Self-arrange or void the order, and contact support so we can check why. |
Unable to call Lalamove rider — Lalamove wallet balance too low | Your Lalamove wallet couldn't pay for the booking. Top up your wallet in Lalamove, then self-arrange or void this order. |
If a driver drops the job, the status goes back to Waiting for driver to accept and the driver details are cleared while Lalamove finds another driver.
Changing the pickup time
You can change the pickup or delivery time of an accepted order until the rider is booked, and not within 15 minutes of the pickup time. Once a rider is booked, the time can't be changed. If the order can't go ahead as booked, self-arrange it instead.
Lalamove fees and billing
Lalamove charges each delivery to your Lalamove wallet, using your own Lalamove account.
The order details show the Lalamove Delivery Fee (Lalamove's price) and the Delivery Fee your customer paid. These match when your delivery fee setting is Same delivery fee as courier.
In your reports, the Lalamove fee appears as Billed by Lalamove.
Customers with an overseas phone number
Customers can order with a phone number from another country. Lalamove only accepts local numbers for the recipient, so Qashier books the rider with your store's phone number and adds the customer's number to the driver's delivery notes. The driver may call your store first.
