How to Install and Configure the Qashier WooCommerce Plugin

Enable online payments easily by integrating your WooCommerce store with Qashier Pay. Follow the step-by-step guide below to install and set up the Qashier WooCommerce plugin.

Setup Preparation

Before installation, you should have received the below details from our team. If you're setting this up yourself from QashierHQ, you can find the below details in the WooCommerce/API page under the 'Get API Keys' button.

Store ID

A unique ID that identifies your store and ensures payments are directed to your registered Qashier account.

API Key

Used to authenticate and verify all payment requests.

Webhook Secret Key

A security key that validates payment notifications from Qashier.

Step 1: Install and Activate the Plugin

For Single-Site WooCommerce Setup

  1. In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.

  2. Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page.

  3. Select the .zip file provided by Qashier and click Install Now.

  4. Once the installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.

For Multi-Site WooCommerce Setup

  1. In your WordPress Network Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.

  2. Click Upload Plugin, then select the .zip file provided by Qashier.

  3. Click Install Now.

  4. Once installed, click Network Activate to enable the plugin for all sites.

  5. (Optional) If you only want to enable Qashier Pay on specific sites, go to each site’s Plugins page and click Activate manually.

Step 2: Configure the Plugin

After activating the plugin, configure it to connect your WooCommerce store with your Qashier account.

  1. (If using multi-site) Go to the Dashboard of the specific store you want to configure.

  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.

  3. Locate Qashier Pay and click Finish Setup.

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • ✅ Enable Qashier Pay

    • Mode: Select Test (for setup) or Live (for real payments)

    • Store ID: Enter the ID provided by Qashier

    • API Key: Paste the API key from Qashier HQ

    • Webhook Secret Key: Paste the Webhook key from Qashier HQ

    • Country Availability: Select Specific countries and choose Malaysia

  5. Click Save Changes to complete the setup.

✅ You’re Done!

Your WooCommerce store is now integrated with Qashier Pay. You can begin processing secure online payments directly through your website.

FAQ

  1. Why can't I activate my WooCommerce QashierPay Plugin?

    1. Please make sure that you have:

      1. Enabled the WooCommerce QashierPay Plugin on the Plugins page.

      2. Checked “Enable QashierPay” in Settings > Payments > WooCommerce QashierPay.

      3. Changed your WooCommerce store currency to SGD (for Singapore merchants) or MYR (for Malaysia merchants).

  2. Can I regenerate the API key and webhook secret?

    1. Yes. You may request to our Customer Service team, and they will provide you with the new API key and webhook secret.

      1. Note: Once the API key and webhook secret are regenerated, the existing (old) credentials will be immediately disabled.
