Overview
The new Customer Reviews feature allows Qashier merchants to easily collect feedback from their customers after every transaction. This feature is designed to help you build your online reputation, particularly on platforms like Google Reviews, and turn positive experiences into public testimonials.
Additionally, it supports a reward system that encourages repeat business by letting you offer incentives to customers who leave reviews. Whether you're looking to improve customer service, gather insights, or increase store visibility, this feature makes it simple and effective — all from your Qashier POS.
