Accepting Beam QR on POS
Note: To enable Beam QR on the payment page, your POS terminal must be at version code 20241218 and above. If in doubt, please check with our Customer Support team for assistance.
Currently, Beam QR supports payment methods of PromptPay, TrueMoney, LINE Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
You can perform payment on POS terminal as usual. Once the appropriate QR is selected (eg. TrueMoney), the payable amount will be auto-filled. Customers can effortlessly scan the displayed QR code on their screen for payment.
Once the payment is successfully completed, the transaction gets real-time approval. Enjoy the seamless transaction experience!

Void Beam QR transactions
If you need to void any transactions that were made via Beam QR, you can void the transaction on Qashier POS. Please refer to this article for more information: How to Void/Refund Transactions in Qashier POS
After the transaction has been voided on Qashier POS, you will have to refund the amount back to the customer via cash as the voided transaction cannot be automatically refunded back to the customer's bank account.
Payout Period of Beam QR transactions
There is only automatically settlement for Beam QR.
The transaction settlement cut-off timing to meet the payout period is fixed at before 12.00AM daily.
The automatically payout has no withdrawal fee

T+1 working day for PromptPay, E-wallets(TrueMoney, LINE Pay)
T+4 working days for E-wallets(Alipay, WeChat Pay)
Working day does not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
