Introduction
Explorer is an additional feature to help "Treats" merchants become visible to a customer's Treats account. It is a feature that enhance merchant exposure and customer loyalty. This visibility encourages customers to explore more Treats outlets, thereby driving more traffic and sales for the merchants.
Key features
Explore Treats outlets before login/signup: Customers can browse Treats stores before log in/signup
Merchant Info: The merchants can customize their store information which will be displayed when customers click on the merchant's pin. On the other side, the customers are able to view merchant's business type, brand name, distance, address, and Treats cashback percentage by clicking the pin on Explorer map.
Spotlight Integration: For Qashier's merchant who is using Spotlight. When customer click on store details in Explorer page. It will direct customer to merchant Spotlights to see more information
Points Display: Customer can view accumulated points for each merchant from their spotlight page itself.
How to Set Up Treats Explorer
The "Treats Customer Loyalty" option in QashierHQ will be available to existing Treats merchants. By selecting this option, merchants can set up their Qashier Treats Explorer.
On QashierHQ
On QashierHQ, navigate to the tab on the left side. Click "Treats Customer Loyalty"
Important: The exclamation mark in "Treats Customer Loyalty tab menu" by means that merchant need to verify their store details in Treats settings first.

3. Fill out/customise the information needed then click save button which located at the bottom right part of the screen
Brand Name (displayed on Treats)
Store Category (displayed on Explorer)
Store Name (displayed on Explorer)
Address and Store Map Pin (displayed on Explorer)
Tips: Below is step-by-step to pin an accurate store address. Merchants can click "CHOOSE ON MAP" button to pin store location. After completed, click "SAVE" button to confirm the Store Map Pin
Note: This edit page is for customizing how an end customer sees the brand only. These are "display edits" only and will not change the merchant's registered brand name or store address in KYC form, QashierHQ website.
How customer can use Treats Explorer
Sign up/log in to www.treats.app by typing the URL into a web browser or scanning the QR code provided by Qashier Treats merchants at the time of customer's order
Customers can access the Treats Explorer in four different ways
Signup/login screen
Top right on the Treats main screen
Bottom of Treats main screen
Profile and settings page
3. Once customers access the Treats Explorer, they can pan the map and view all Treats outlets
4. Customers can either tap on one pin or use the "search" option to look for their favorite merchant store. Customer will able to see:
Merchant's Business type
Merchant's Brand name
Distance
Address
Treats cashback %
Customer can "tap on pin" or "use search option" to look for their favorite merchant store
Note: If the customer already has points associated with the brand, a new orange footer will show them the points they have. Clicking on it will lead the customer seamlessly to the Treats home page with the corresponding branch selected.

Note: If the brand/client has an existing Spotlight, clicking on the store details will lead customers to store's Spotlight page. If not, the system will lead customer to a standard store details page.
