Overview
Regarding enhancement of the "Standby for Payment" page feature, Fiserv POS merchants in Singapore and Malaysia use Fiserv offline payment method for payment terminal together with POS main terminal. Merchants are able to see this feature on the payment terminal when POS is required to collect payment.
Note: This feature is included in version 20240731 for both Singapore and Malaysia.
Feature Details
"Standby for Payment" Page: Enhanced page appears on your payment terminal. To receive payment triggers from the main terminal, ensure payment terminal remains on this page
Internet Latency Indicator: On the top right of the terminal, you are able to see icon showing your internet latency.
Manual Settlement Button: The button is located at top left of the "Standby for Payment" page. This feature allows you to do manual settlement without exiting the "Standby for Payment" page
Automatic Redirection: Once your POS is in idle status, after a 15-second countdown timer on main page, it will redirect you to Standby for Payment page automatically. The timer reset with user activity. It does not continue if other pages are in use
