❗️ Important:
The front display screen is not functional; it can only display information instead.
If the Sunmi device was purchased from a previous POS vendor, the hardware may be locked, preventing the Qashier POS app from being downloaded. In such cases, you will need to purchase our hardware to use our POS system.
Setting up Sunmi POS to use the Qashier POS app
📌 Note: Before proceeding with the steps below, make sure your Sunmi POS is connected to a secure and stable WiFi network.
Step 1: On the POS, swipe left and navigate to the Google Play Store app.

Select "Play Store"
Step 2: In the Google Play Store app, login to your Google account.

Step 3: After you have successfully logged in to your Google account, search for the "Google Chrome" app and select "Install".

❗️ Important: To download the Qashier POS app into Sunmi POS, you must log out of your Google account after the Google Chrome app has been successfully installed. Otherwise, when you are attempting to download the Qashier POS app, the wrong version may be downloaded.
💡 Tip: If you are unable to log out of your Google account, open the Google Chrome app as per normal. If there is a prompt to continue using Google Chrome without an account, select that option.

Step 5: To download the Qashier POS app, open the Google Chrome app and input the following URL at the URL bar: qashier.com/stubdl . The download should begin immediately.

Click "Open" once the Qashier app has been downloaded
💡 Tip: You can also find the downloaded Qashier POS app APK file by going to the three dots on the top right hand corner of your Google Chrome app > "Downloads".

Navigate to the "QashierStub.apk" APK file and click to launch the installation
Once the download has completed, the installation will begin automatically.
💡 Tip: If the screen appears with a message stating "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source.", select "Settings" > "Allow for this source" > toggle on this option to allow the installation process to proceed.

Step 6: Once the installation is complete, select "Login".

Step 7: After clicking "Login", the following screen may appear to ask for app permission settings. If it does appear, toggle on all settings, then click "Done!" to proceed.

Step 8: Once you've allowed the necessary app permission settings in step 7, the POS app will refresh. Click "Login" again and login with your Qashier account credentials.
Select "Login"
Step 9: After you have logged in to your Qashier account, select the correct store to proceed.

You can now begin using the Qashier POS app on your Sunmi device!
