Note:
The steps below apply to all online ordering platforms, i.e. QashierEats, GrabFood and FoodPanda.
Categories or products with a smaller number will be displayed first.
1. Rearranging categories
Step 1: Go to QashierHQ > Online Ordering Management > Select the platform that you would like to rearrange the categories (e.g. FoodPanda).
Step 2: Select "Edit Category".
Step 3: Click the number in the "Display Order" column.
Step 4: Enter the desired sequence number for reordering the specific category, then click "Confirm" to apply the changes and save them.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all the categories have been rearranged to your preference.
2. Rearranging products
Step 1: Go to QashierHQ > Online Ordering Management > Select the platform that you would like to rearrange the categories (e.g. FoodPanda).
Step 2: Select the product that you would like to rearrange the sequence.
Step 3: Under "Display Order", enter the desired sequence number for reordering the specific product, then click "Save" to apply the changes and save them.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all the products have been rearranged to your preference.
3. Rearranging modifiers
Step 1: Go to QashierHQ > Online Ordering Management > Select the platform that you would like to rearrange the categories (e.g. FoodPanda).
Step 2: Select "Edit Modifier".
Step 3: Select "Change Sequence".
Step 4: Drag the modifier sets to the desired sequence, then select "Confirm Sequence" to apply the changes and save them.
