Overview
Changing tables and combining tables/bills is a practical solution in various scenarios to enhance the overall efficiency and customer experience in a F&B or hospitality setting.
How to Change Tables
On the Qashier Terminal, go to "POS and Payment" to go to "Table Management".
Choose the occupied table you wish to change to.
Tap on the table number at the top (e.g. Table 1).
Select "CHANGE TABLE" and enter the table number you would like to transfer to.
The destination table for the transfer must be unoccupied.
How to Combine Tables/Bills
On the Qashier Terminal, "POS and Payment" to go to "Table Management".
Select either of the occupied tables that you want to combine.
Select "CHANGE TABLE" and enter the table number of the other OCCUPIED table where you want to be combined.
Select "YES" to combine the bills of the 2 tables.
Enter the terminal PIN to confirm.
