The e-wallet payout report allows users to track how much has been paid out to them.

- PayNow, GrabPay, and ShopeePay - transactions are processed in T+1 working day and payout occurs the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Atome and WeChatPay - transactions are processed in T+1 working day and payout occurs every Thursday
 - If Thursday is a public holiday, the payout will occur the next working day i.e. Friday

How to view e-wallet payout reports

To view the payout reports, you can go to the "Payment Management" page and select "View Payout Report" on the top right hand corner:

You will be able to view the payout reports by selecting the specific type of payment method (e.g. Debit/Credit Card In-Store):

the store that they'd like to view the sales report (orange box)

month of the e-wallet payout report that they would like to view (pink box)

payout report of a specific payment method (red box)

export the monthly payout (green box), as well as:

view the transactions that were paid out in a particular batch by clicking on the blue bar.

- view the transactions that were paid out in a particular batch by clicking on the blue bar.

Once the user clicks on the blue bar to access the transactions paid out in that specific batch, they will have the option to export the payout report for that batch as well.

- The payout amount is after the processing fee (transaction fee) and GST has been deducted.
- For PayNow, Qashier will be charging the users a minimum of $0.01 payment transaction fees
  - For example, the transaction fee rate is 0.80% per PayNow transaction. If the transaction amount is $0.50, the transaction fee would be $0.004. In such a scenario, Qashier will round up the transaction fee to $0.01.

After the payout has been made to the user every Thursday, Qashier will send the payout reports for Atome and WeChatPay to the user's registered email address with us.
