Go to "Transaction Record"

Select "a transaction" that you would like to void

Click on "Void/Refund"

Select "Yes" to confirm the void/refund

Enter the staff PIN who is initiating the void/refund process

Enter the terminal PIN

Input the void reason of the transaction

A void successful display message will be shown on the QashierX2 POS once the void has been successful
