Important:
1. Ensure that your QashierXL and QashierXS store name are different.

2. Ensure that settlement is not completed yet. If settlement is completed, you will not be allowed to perform a void/refund
How to void/refund payment
Go to "Transaction Record"
Select "a transaction" that you would like to void
Click on "Void/Refund"
Select "Yes" to confirm the void/refund
Enter the staff PIN who is initiating the void/refund process
Enter the terminal PIN
Input the void reason of the transaction
The QashierXS payment terminal will display an approved message, confirming that the void has been successful on the payment terminal
A void successful display message will be shown on the QashierXL POS once the void has been successful
