What is Gobiz Portal?

You gain access to the Gobiz portal, a dedicated website for your business once you have successfully applied for the QashierPay payment terminal. This portal serves as a backend office for all your payment-related activities with QashierPay. It allows you to conveniently check the status of your customers' card payments, access QashierPay's settlement inquiry, review payment reports, and more.

Additionally, Gobiz provides additional services such as bill payment for personal or business utility bills, telco prepaid top-up, and various other offerings.


How to register an account in Gobiz portal?

  1. Select First Time Login

  2. Enter the mobile number that you have registered with Gobiz


  3. Proceed by following the subsequent instructions provided by the Gobiz portal

  4. After completing the necessary steps, you can proceed to log in to your Gobiz portal


How to check a card's transaction status in Gobiz portal?

Check today's transaction:

  1. Login with your registered mobile number with Gobiz and password

  2. Select the terminal which you want to check the transaction on (and the option ends with - Point of Sale (POS) )

  3. On the main page of the Gobiz portal, you will find a list of transactions from today. Select the transaction that you want to check

  4. In the Approval Status section, a successful transaction will be indicated by the status "Approved." Conversely, if the transaction is not successful, it will display the status "Declined."

Check other day's transaction:

  1. Login with your registered mobile number with Gobiz and password

  2. Select the terminal which you want to check the transaction on (and the option ends with - Point of Sale (POS) )

  3. On the main page of the Gobiz portal, click on the menu option located at the top-left hand side of the page

  4. Under Report, select 'Approval History'

  5. Click on the Search button located on the right-hand side of the page

  6. Under transaction date, select the date of the transaction that you would like to check on

  7. Click on SEARCH to proceed


After performing a search, the Gobiz portal will display a list of transaction(s). Under the "Status" tab, you will find the status of each transaction. A successful transaction will be labeled as "Approved," while an unsuccessful transaction will be labeled as "Declined."

How to check payment report in Gobiz portal?

Daily Report

  1. Login with your registered mobile number with Gobiz and password

  2. Select the terminal which you want to check the transaction on (and the option ends with - Point of Sale (POS) )

  3. On the main page of the Gobiz portal, click on the menu option located at the top-left hand side of the page

  4. Under Report, click on the drop-down list under payment report then select 'Daily'

  5. Click on the Search button located on the right-hand side of the page

  6. Under Merchant ID, click on the drop-button and select the merchant

  7. Choose the desired date range to access the daily payment report that you wish to review

  8. Click on SEARCH

Upon performing the search, the Gobiz portal will display a list of daily payment reports according to your criteria. If a payment has not yet been reimbursed by Gobiz, it will not be included in the search results.

Monthly Report

  1. Login with your registered mobile number with Gobiz and password

  2. Select the terminal which you want to check the transaction on (and the option ends with - Point of Sale (POS) )

  3. On the main page of the Gobiz portal, click on the menu option located at the top-left hand side of the page

  4. Under Report, click on the drop-down list under payment report then select 'monthly'

  5. It will show you the monthly payment report of the current month.

How to generate daily payment advise in Gobiz portal?

  1. Login with your registered mobile number with Gobiz and password

  2. Select the terminal which you want to check the transaction on (and the option ends with - Point of Sale (POS) )

  3. On the main page of the Gobiz portal, click on the menu option located at the top-left hand side of the page

  4. Under Report, click on the drop-down list under payment report then select 'Daily Payment Advise'

  5. Click on the Search button located on the right-hand side of the page

  6. Under Merchant ID, click on the drop-button and select the merchant

  7. Choose the desired date range to access the daily payment advice that you wish to review.

  8. Click SEARCH to proceed

  9. Upon performing the search, the Gobiz portal will display a list of daily payment advises based on your search criteria. Payments that have not been reimbursed by Gobiz will not be included in the search results.

  10. Choose the specific payment advise for which you wish to generate a report

  11. You have the option to generate the report in three different file formats: text file, PDF file, and Excel file. Select your preferred file type, and the report will be generated accordingly.
