How to Use Room Management in Qashier POS

Run a business with a fixed room capacity such as spas or karaokes? Qashier Room Management feature helps you manage your room capacity.

How to Use Room Management:

  1. Select POS & PAYMENT

  2. Select a room

  3. Choose your service accordingly

  4. Select ADD & CLOSE to save the service in your cart

  5. Tap on CUSTOMER on the right-hand side of the page to choose the customer that is booking an appointment

  6. Enter either their PHONE NUMBER or NAME

  7. Click on SEARCH and the customer name will reflect

  8. Select CONFIRM, and the customer name will appear on the red box at the right-hand side of the page

  9. Select Pay

  10. Complete transaction

  11. Rooms in green = Occupied

    Rooms in grey = Vacant

To track the duration of the service:

  1. CLOCK IN

    1. Select a room

    2. Select CLOCK IN/EDIT STAFF

    3. Select CLOCK IN

    4. Adjust the time(if necessary); Select CONFIRM CLOCK IN

  2. CLOCK OUT

    1. Select a room

    2. Select CLOCK OUT

    3. Select CONFIRM CLOCK OUT

To change rooms:

  1. Select a room

  2. Select VIEW ITEM

  3. Select the Room number at the top of the page

  4. Enter the new room number

How to view Clock In/Out Time:

  1. From the homepage, select TRANSACTION RECORD

  2. Select a transaction

  3. Scroll down to see Clock in time, clock-out time and Room number
