How to Use Multiple Staff Mode in Qashier POS

Easily switch between different staff.


Overview of Multiple Staff Mode:

Multiple staff modes allow for convenient tagging of transactions or sales to the respective staff members responsible for the sale.

This is especially helpful for industries such as beauty and retail, where there is a need to actively monitor and track staff sales for commission calculation purposes.

Multiple Staff Mode for Quick Orders & Package Redemption

Quick Order

  1. Go to POS & Payment.

  2. Choose the category where Quick Order has been enabled.

  3. Select the staff member, then review the order and proceed to checkout.

How will the staff be shown in the transaction record:

  • Staff = the person selected who will earn the commission

  • Cashier = the person who was first logged into the POS

Package Redemption

  1. Go to POS & Payment.

  2. Click on Package in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the customer’s phone number or name, then select the correct record.

  4. Choose the staff member and proceed to redeem the package.
