Summary: Quick Order lets a cashier add the first product of a category to the cart with a single tap on that category. Turn it on per category from the Qashier POS product settings. It suits categories that hold one main item.

Before you start
Create the category and add at least one product to it first: see How to Create Tabs, Categories and Products in Qashier POS. The Enable quick order checkbox appears only when you edit an existing category.

Turn on Quick Order for a category
On the POS home screen, tap the ☰ menu in the top right corner.
Tap Manage Products.
If prompted, enter your Terminal PIN.
If you use online ordering or delivery integrations, tap POS Products.
Select the tab that holds the category.

Tap the category.
Tap the Edit (pencil) icon in the top corner of the category details.
Tick Enable quick order.
Tap Confirm. An Edit Success message appears.

How it works on the POS & Payment screen
Tap the category to add one unit of its first product (the first one in the category's display order) to the cart.
Press and hold the category to open the full product list and choose a different product, then tap Add & Close. This does not work on combo categories.
If the first product is marked sold out, tapping the category adds nothing.
For a combo category, tapping it adds the first combo, with the first item of each section selected.
If something goes wrong
