How to Clear Cache on the QashierPOS

⚠️ NOTE

Before attempting this process, please ensure that the latest transaction records on your POS have been updated.

Make sure to get ready with your POS login credentials (email and password), as the POS may log out after clearing the cache, and you need to log in again after that

For X2 & XS, make sure to perform the settlement first before attempting to clear the cache


How to check:

  1. Log in to QashierHQ

  2. Select from the Transactions dropdown on the left of the page,

  3. Select Transactions

  4. Confirm that the latest transaction matches the one on your Qashier POS.


Missing transaction records cannot be recovered if the sync was not done before clearing the cache.

Steps to clear cache on the Qashier X1/XL/XS/X2 POS terminals:

  1. Go to Qashier Homepage

  2. Select "☰" on the top right-hand corner of the POS homepage

  3. Select "Why is my POS slow?"

  4. Enter Terminal PIN

  5. Select "Clear Cache" and tap OK

  6. Qashier App will force stop

  7. Locate the Qashier app on your POS device

  8. Log in with your Qashier username and password

  9. Select your store

Clear Cache Success!
