[Singapore] How to Assign the Credit Card Terminal to your Store

This process will only be necessary if you have been informed to do so by our Qashier Support Team.

Follow these steps to assign the Credit Card terminal to your store:

  1. Wait for your terminal to update automatically. Once updated, a shop icon along with an address will appear at the center of the screen

  2. When informed by the Qashier Support Team, perform a restart of the terminal by pressing and holding the power button located on the side of the terminal

  3. After restarting, you will see the same screen from Step 1, but a different address will be displayed. The address shown will be a business/store address provided at the point of application

  4. Verify the address shown on the screen with the assistance of our Qashier Support staff

  5. To confirm, select the blue tick button located at the bottom-right corner of the page

  6. Go to Qashier POS/app on the terminal and do a test credit card transaction to ensure that the test transaction amount pops up correctly
