Follow these steps to hard reset the Kitchen printer:
Start by switching OFF the kitchen printer
Find the feed button, it will be on the front of the Kitchen Printer
Hold down the feed button and keep it pressed for steps 3 to 5
3. Turn ON the Kitchen Printer (while still holding the feed button down)
4. (While holding down the feed button) Observe the 3 light indicators at the front of the printer. You should see two red lights and one blue light lighting up from left to right.
5. (still holding on to the feed button) The 3 light indicators will start to blink slowly
6. Once the lights stop blinking, you will hear 5 continuous beeps
7. You can release the feed button, after hearing 5 continuous beeps
8. Wait a few seconds, and a configuration chit will be printed, showing the printer's factory default settings. This confirms that the reset was successful
