Follow these steps to hard reset the Kitchen printer:
Start by switching OFF the kitchen printer.
Find the feed button, it will be on the front of the kitchen printer.
While holding down the feed button, power on the kitchen printer.
While holding down the feed button, the lights on the kitchen printer will light up together with beep sounds:
The light on the right will light up with one beep
The middle light will light up with two beeps
The light on the left will light up with three beeps
While holding down the feed button, all three lights will flash momentarily and turn off with four beeps.
Once all the lights have been turned off and you have heard the four beeps, release the feed button.
Wait for a few seconds and a configuration chit will be printed.
The configuration chit will display the printer's original settings, indicating a successful reset.
