[Singapore] How to Update your Credit Card Terminal to the Latest Software Version

Updating Credit Card Terminal to the Latest Software Version:

  1. Click on the circle icon at the bottom of your POS (in between triangle and square icon)

  2. Click on the Settings button on the bottom left-hand side of the page

  3. Tap on Device info

  4. Select 'Software version'

  5. You will be prompt to key in a password before the update.

    Note: The password can be found in your onboarding email

  6. Check the software version

There are 2 possible scenarios after checking the software version:

  1. Update available - Install Now

    Select 'Install Now' and the update will take about 15-20mins to download to the latest software version

  2. Status: Up to date

    No action needed when you see this status
