You can mark the item as VAT Exempt or Zero-rated tax item on both Qashier POS terminal and QashierHQ portal.
On the Qashier POS terminal
Select Edit POS from the hamburger menu on the main page
Select Product Management from the Edit POS list
Tap on any item
Then you will be able to mark the item as VAT exempt or Zero-rated tax
On the QashierHQ portal
Select Product Management
Click on any item from the product category
Then you will be able to mark the item as VAT exempt or Zero-rated tax
You can mark the item as VAT exempt or Zero-rated tax when adding a customized item as well!
