Grabfood Integration

Introduction

We understand the difficulties of having to handle both online and offline sales for your f&b business, as well as having to deal with multiple processes and devices such as having to:

• Manually pass the order chit printed by the grabfood device to the kitchen

• Updating both the grabfood menu and POS menu on different devices and platforms

• Managing orders from grabfood and POS on different devices and platforms

Benefits

As such, we have successfully integrated with grabfood to help you to make your restaurant operations easier by:

1. Using our qashier POS to receive, accept and manage grabfood orders -> don’t need to use multiple devices

2. Using our qashier POS or HQ to manage their menu → don’t need to use multiple apps

3. Transactions and sales are automatically recorded in our POS - don’t need to manually key in or refer to multiple apps

4. Order chit and receipt for grabfood orders can be auto printed via kitchen printer

How to Use

• Inform our friendly account managers via the live chat that you want to use the grabfood integration.

• Our Account managers will help you to activate the integration as well as assist you in setting up the grabfood menu on QashierHQ.

Making changes to your menu

• Go to HQ →QashierEats Online Ordering Management → Select the relevant store and select Grabfood under the platform selector

• Make your changes as needed. NOTE: Do remember to click on the 'Sync Menu' button after you are done so that the changes can be synced over to grabfood.

Editing of products and availability status on POS

The following can be done for products and modifiers on POS:

• Change availability

• Change name

• Delete

Steps:

• Click on the top right hand corner, followed by ‘Edit POS’ button

  

• Click on ‘Edit Grabfood Item’ button

• You will then see your product categories, as well as the sync and modifier buttons

• Click on the relevant products or modifiers to make the necessary edits

• Products and modifiers that are marked as sold out will be indicated

• Once you are done with your edits, remember to press the sync button to sync the changes over to your grabfood menu.

Transaction Listener on POS Example

Transaction Listener - This is where you will be able to view and manage all grabfood orders

• Orders will appear with the tag' GF-xxxx'

By clicking on the order, a pop up will appear which will display more information.
