Login to Qashier HQ → Product Management → Click on any item you wish to enable for special instructions.

Enable the checkbox field called ‘Allow special instructions’ at the bottom of Edit Product page. * By default, the checkbox is unticked

     3. Customer will able to input the special instructions at item level when using      dynamic/static QR.

The special instructions will be reflected at:

1. Kitchen chit
2. Transaction receipt / E-receipt
3. Transaction record at POS/HQ
4. KDS
