On QashierHQ, go to Inventory Management and then select 'BULK UPDATE'
You will be given 2 options to choose from:
Option 1 - Input final stock amount
Under the column 'Stock In/Out Quantity', input the final stock amount for that particular item.
In the example below (screenshot), if you key in '100' for Asia Evergreen Frozen Edamame and Vegetables, the final stock amount will be updated to 100.
Option 2 - Input +/- changes of the current stock amount
Under the column 'Stock In/Out Quantity', input the add/deduct stock amount for that particular item.
In the example below (screenshot), inputting '50' quantity for Asia Evergreen Frozen Edamame will add 50 to the current stock 100, which will give a final stock amount of 150.
Inputting '-50' quantity for Asia Evergreen Frozen Edamame will deduct 50 from the current stock 100, which will give a final stock amount of 50.
