Instructions

On HQ, go to the customer management tab and click on a customer.

Click on the pencil icon beside the customer's name, to edit.

Amend the points to the correct amount.

A pop up will appear, prompting you to key in the reason for amending the customer's points.

After you click on confirm on the popup :reason and on the popup: Edit Customer, the customer's points will be successfully amended.

Points Modification History

To view the history of the amendments made to the customer's points, click on the customer → pencil icon → Points History
