How to Hold Bill in Qashier POS

If your customer is not ready to make payment now, use the 'Hold Bill' function to save the order.

To hold bill:

  1. Go to POS & PAYMENT

  2. Add orders to your current sale as per usual on the Point of Sale page

  3. To hold the bill, press and hold the 'PAY' button

  4. Key in a 'Hold Bill' note e.g. Customer's name

When the customer is ready to pay, you can pull out the saved order by selecting the top left 'Hold Bill' icon
