Applies to: Singapore · countertop card terminal (Verifone V400c) with a keypad, supplied by Qashier for QashierPay card payments. You need the card terminal's admin passcode from your onboarding email.
Before you start
Have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready, and check that the router is on and that other devices can connect to it.
Find the card terminal's admin passcode in your onboarding email. This is not your Qashier POS Terminal PIN. If you cannot find it, contact Qashier Support.
Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network
On the terminal's keypad, press 9, then the green O button.
Enter the card terminal's admin passcode.
Go to Network > WIFI.
Select your Wi-Fi network to connect again.
If it still does not connect: forget the network and add it again
In Network > WIFI, select the blue i icon next to your Wi-Fi network.
Select the trash bin icon to forget the network.
Select the + icon to scan for Wi-Fi networks.
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter its password to reconnect.
What you should see
The Wi-Fi and cloud icons appear in the status bar at the top of the screen (top left), and the "Network Disconnected" message is gone.
Take a small test card payment from Qashier POS to confirm the terminal is back online.
