We recommend that you clear your cache on the Qashier Smart Terminal once every 2 to 3 months. Please note that you will need to re-login using your QashierHQ email address and password after clearing the cache.
From the POS main page, select Settings (Gear icon) and select MY POS IS SLOW?
Enter your terminal PIN and select CLEAR CACHE. Please ensure that you have a working internet connection to prevent any data loss. Select OK.
The screen will start to load and close the Qashier POS app. Select the Qashier POS app to go back to the POS main page.
You will be prompted to log in again with your QashierHQ email address and password.
