We recommend that you clear your cache on the Qashier Smart Terminal once every 2 to 3 months. Please note that you will need to re-login using your QashierHQ email address and password after clearing the cache.

  • From the POS main page, select Settings (Gear icon) and select MY POS IS SLOW?

  • Enter your terminal PIN and select CLEAR CACHE. Please ensure that you have a working internet connection to prevent any data loss. Select OK.

  • The screen will start to load and close the Qashier POS app. Select the Qashier POS app to go back to the POS main page.

  • You will be prompted to log in again with your QashierHQ email address and password.
