How to Redeem Voucher in Qashier POS

Customers can use their gift vouchers to offset a transaction

Voucher redemption in Qashier POS Terminal:

  1. Go to POS & PAYMENT and take an order

  2. On the payments page, select REDEEM on the top right-hand corner of the page

  3. Select VOUCHER as redemption method

  4. Key in the voucher amount and serial number (if applicable)

  5. Click on CONFIRM if voucher amount is less than the total bill

    OR

  6. Click on REDEEM FULL if customer would like to redeem voucher in full
