Chain Store Management: Managing Multiple Stores in QashierHQ

Share your products and inventory management across your outlets.

Chain Store Management links all the stores in your Qashier account so they share one product list, one ingredient list and consolidated reports, while each store keeps its own stock quantities. This article explains what is shared, what stays per store, and where to find the multi-store tools in QashierHQ.

Applies to: All markets · QashierHQ (with Qashier POS for stock requests) · accounts with two or more stores.

Before you start

  • Chain Store Management is not a setting you can switch on yourself in QashierHQ. To turn it on for an account with two or more stores, contact Qashier Support.

  • If your stores already have separate product lists, check with support how the lists will be combined before it is switched on.

  • For stock transfers, Inventory Management must be on for the stores involved.

What is shared across all stores

What stays separate per store

  • Stock quantities. Each store has its own inventory count and its own ingredient quantities. A sale in one store deducts stock in that store only.

  • Inventory settings, such as low stock email alerts and the Stock Request Number Prefix:, are set per store under Settings > Inventory > Inventory Management.

See a consolidated report for all stores

  1. In QashierHQ, under Money & Finance, click Full Report.

  2. Switch on All Stores to view the consolidated report of all stores. The switch appears for any account with more than one store.

  3. Switch it off to go back to the report for the selected store.

For a side-by-side view of your outlets, see How to Use the Multi-Store Sales Dashboard in QashierHQ.

Transfer stock between stores

  1. In QashierHQ, under Products & Inventory, click Inventory / Ingredient and select the store that will send the stock.

  2. Click STOCK REQUEST AND TRANSFERS, then open the Transfer Stock tab.

  3. Choose the Destination Store and a Delivery Date: Immediately (Update stocks instantly) updates both stores at once; Select a date creates a transfer that the outlet marks as received on the POS.

  4. Add the products, enter the Send Qty for each, and click Confirm.

The button appears only when at least two stores can take part. Stores that sync inventory with Shopify or WooCommerce cannot send or receive transfers. The full steps, including stock requests from the POS and receiving stock, are in How to Request and Transfer Stock Between Stores (Chain Stores).
