Receive and review customer satisfaction after every visit

After every transaction on the Qashier Smart Terminal, customers can rate the service they have received by selecting one out of four scores:

To review customer satisfaction results on the QashierHQ Portal:

  1. Select Dashboard in the menu on the left-hand side of the portal.

  2. Under Customer Survey Results, you can view the Average of Past 10 Surveys - 1.00 being the lowest (least satisfactory) and 4.00 being the highest (most satisfactory) score. Transactions with low scoring surveys (less than 2 points) will be shown as well for review.
