To view your sales reports in the QashierHQ Portal:
1. Select Reports on the left-hand side of the portal and select Store.
2. A summary of your sales information for the current day is shown. Select the dates and times to specify the date/time range.
3. You may export your sales reports as a CSV file by selecting EXPORT.
4. Select DAY SPLIT VIEW to view day-to-day sales comparison table.
5. Day Split View records the sales information for each day. This can be exported as a CSV file too.
Reports Overview
Sales Information: Sales summary of the selected time period
Credit Information: Summary of credits sold & redeemed for stores offering credit packages
Package Information: Summary of packages sold & redeemed for stores offering packages
Package Top Up by Product: Number of packages sold / top-up of each product
Total Settlement by Payment Method: Total sales by payment methods
Sales by Department: Total sales made in each tab (first-level category)
Sales by Category: Total sales made in each category (sub-tabs)
Sales by Product: Total sales made of each product (individual item)
Sales by Employee: Total sales made by each employee that signed in on selected date/time
