Frequently asked questions
Who do I contact about a late, damaged or lost delivery?
Lalamove. Contact Lalamove support through your own Lalamove account. Qashier books the rider but doesn't provide the delivery.
What vehicle does Lalamove send?
A motorcycle. Other vehicle types aren't available through QashierEats.
Who pays for the Lalamove delivery?
Lalamove charges your Lalamove wallet for every booking. What your customer pays depends on your QashierEats delivery fee setting.
Can I use Lalamove and PandaGo at the same time?
No. Each store uses one delivery courier at a time: Self-arrange, PandaGo or Lalamove.
Can customers with an overseas phone number order?
Yes. The rider is booked with your store's phone number, and the customer's number is added to the driver's delivery notes.
I changed my Lalamove API key. What do I do?
Contact support so we can connect the new key and secret. Do this when you have no Lalamove orders in progress.
