Before you start
The programme is only for Qashier merchants.
Have the contact details of the business you want to refer, and let them know you are passing their details to Qashier.
Steps
Open the referral page: qashier.com/ph/refer. You can also find it in the footer of the Qashier Philippines website under Referral.
Click Refer Now or Get started to go to the form.
Under Have someone in mind?, enter your referral's contact details and submit the form.
Qashier contacts the business and gives them a quick demo.
Rewards and conditions
As of 25 Sep 2026, the referral page states:
Your reward: PHP 3,000 for each referral who confirms and pays for a Qashier subscription. You need at least one confirmed and paid referral to qualify, and there is no limit on how many businesses you refer or how much you earn.
When you get it: once Qashier has onboarded the business you referred and they have been actively using Qashier for 30 days.
Which plans count: the main subscription plan for a single store. Add-ons are excluded.
For the business you refer: two months of free subscription once they have paid, on top of what the sales team offers them.
Free subscription instead of cash: if you choose a free subscription as your reward, you cannot convert it to cash later.

What you should see
After you submit the form, Qashier takes it from there and reaches out to the business you referred.
Your reward is granted after the referred business has been using Qashier actively for 30 days.
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Cause | Fix |
The form does not appear on the referral page | Your browser or an ad blocker is blocking the embedded form | Try another browser or turn off the ad blocker for qashier.com, then reload the page. |
Your referral signed up but you have not received a reward | They have not paid for a subscription yet, or have not yet been active for 30 days | Wait until 30 days after they start using Qashier. If you still have nothing, contact support. |
You would rather have free subscription than cash | — | Contact support to ask. Once chosen, a free subscription cannot be converted to cash. |
