QashierKiosk is a self-ordering kiosk for F&B merchants: customers browse your menu, customise their order and pay on their own, and the order goes straight to your POS, kitchen printers and reports.
Applies to: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines · QashierKiosk hardware running Qashier POS in kiosk mode · a QashierPay terminal mounted on the kiosk for card payments. For pricing and lead times, contact your local Qashier team.
Overview
The kiosk is a portrait touchscreen (21.5" or 27") with a built-in receipt printer. It connects to the internet over Wi-Fi or Ethernet and is linked to the same store in QashierHQ as your counter POS, so it uses the same products, prices and availability. Card payments are taken on a QashierPay terminal (for example the QashierXS) mounted on the kiosk; QR payments are shown on the kiosk screen.
QashierKiosk options
Choose a screen size and a stand:
Screen: 21.5" for a compact, space-saving setup, or 27" for a full-sized kiosk.

How ordering and payment work on the kiosk
The customer taps the screen, chooses dine-in or takeaway (if you have enabled that option for this kiosk) and browses your menu.
They pick items, choose options and can add Special Instructions (up to 120 characters).
At checkout they choose how to pay. For QR payments the kiosk shows the QR code with the prompt Please scan the [payment method] QR code. For card payments the kiosk shows Please pay on the payment terminal and the customer taps or inserts their card on the QashierPay terminal.
The receipt prints from the kiosk's built-in printer, and the order appears on your POS, kitchen printers or KDS like any other order.
Managing what the kiosk shows
All menu changes are made in QashierHQ. Changes to products, prices and availability sync to the kiosk automatically; you do not update the kiosk itself.
To keep a product on the POS but off the kiosk, open the product in Product Management and turn on Hide from QR menu / Kiosk. See How to Hide Products from the QR Menu and Kiosk in QashierHQ.
To show items only at certain times (for example a breakfast menu), see Service Hours: Show Menu Items Only at Set Times on QR Ordering and Kiosk.
To run promotional images on the kiosk's idle screen, see How to Show Promotions on the Customer Display (Carousel) – QashierX2, QashierXL & Kiosk.
QashierKiosk FAQ
Can I use the kiosk together with another POS terminal?
Yes. The kiosk and your counter POS (for example a QashierX2 or QashierXS) are linked to the same store in QashierHQ, so orders and payments from both appear in one set of reports.
What should I do if the kiosk does not power on?
Check that the power cable is firmly connected to both the kiosk and the power outlet. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. If the screen still does not light up, test the outlet with another device, then contact Qashier Support.
How do I update the menu items displayed on the kiosk?
Edit them in QashierHQ. Products, prices and availability sync to the kiosk automatically. If a change does not appear, check that the kiosk is online, then restart it.
The kiosk says "Sorry, Dine-in option is not available through this Kiosk". Why?
Dine-in (or takeaway) has been switched off for that kiosk. If you want to offer it, contact Qashier Support to change the kiosk's settings.
