QashierKiosk FAQ

  1. Is it possible to use the kiosk together with another POS terminal?
    Yes, you can bundle the Kiosk with a payment terminal and an X2/XS device with integrated payments. In this setup, the Kiosk serves as the main store, while the additional X2/XS units function as substores for processing payments.

  2. What should I do if the kiosk does not power on?
    Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the kiosk and the power outlet. Press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds. If the screen still does not light up, check that the power outlet is functioning properly by testing it with another device.

  3. How do I update the menu items displayed on the kiosk?
    All menu changes are managed through QashierHQ. Any updates you make to products, pricing, or availability in QashierHQ will automatically sync to the kiosk within minutes. You do not need to manually update the kiosk.
