Beginning 15 December 2025, payouts will only be made when your total amount is over SGD 100. Amounts below this will roll over to the next payout.
Standard settlement period: T+1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Atome: Settlement period will be T+3, effective August 22, 2025.
WeChat Pay: Settlement period will remain T+1, effective August 22, 2025.
Payouts are processed on the next working day.
Note: As payouts are performed in batches, we're unable to provide a fixed time at which you will receive your payouts. As a general guideline, you should receive your payouts between 6pm to 10pm.

❗️Important:
The payout cycle will follow Singapore's public holidays. For example, if the transaction is made on a Saturday and Monday is a Public Holiday, you will only receive your payouts on Tuesday.
Payment cut off timing is at 2359hr daily. If your business runs past midnight, the balance will only be paid out the following day.
For example, if you run a bar bistro until 2am daily, transactions made on Monday up till 2359hr will be paid out on Tuesday, whereas transactions made from 0000hr-0200hr will be paid out on Wednesday.
