How to Use the Feature
Step 1: Log in to QashierHQ
Go to hq.qashier.com and sign in.
Step 2: Select “Account Balance” from the sidebar menu.
What You Will See
Available Balance Details
Available Balance: Total funds currently held with Qashier
Minimum Required Balance: The minimum amount that must be retained in your payout account
Payout Condition: Payouts occur only if
Available Balance - Minimum Required Balance > $0Example: If your Available Balance is $500 and Minimum Required Balance is $100, then $400 will be paid out.
Balance Activity Table
Displays all credit and debit events related to your payout account:
Event Type | Effect on Balance | Description |
Settlement | Credited | Funds from completed transactions are added. |
Chargeback | Debited | Funds deducted due to customer disputes (card payments only). |
Payout | Debited | Transferable amount paid to your bank account. |
