Merchants can now check account balance anytime on QashierHQ! This feature helps track payouts, transaction settlements, and any deductions (like refunds or chargebacks) in one place.

How to Use the Feature
Step 1: Go to hq.qashier.com and sign in.
Step 2: Select “Account Balance” from the sidebar menu.
What You Will See
Available Balance: Total funds currently held with Qashier
Minimum Required Balance: The minimum amount that must be retained in your payout account
Payout Condition: Payouts occur only if
Available Balance - Minimum Required Balance > $0Example: If your Available Balance is $500 and Minimum Required Balance is $100, then $400 will be paid out.
Balance Activity Table
Displays all credit and debit events related to your payout account:
Event Type | Effect on Balance | Description |
Settlement | Credited | Funds from completed transactions are added. |
Fund transfer to bank account | Debited | Transferable amount paid to your bank account. |
Debit - Manual Payout | Debited | Transferable amount paid to your bank account. [done manually by Qashier Team] |
Debit - Refund | Debited | Funds deducted due to customer disputes (card payments only). |
Debit - Loan Deduction (Only available for SG QashierLoan Merchants) | Debited | Funds deducted due to Qashier Loan Repayments. |
