Qashier now lets X2 and XL merchants use their customer-facing screen to showcase products, promotions, and announcements. This feature turns your second screen into an easy and effective advertising tool. Share what matters most with your customers while they check out—whether it's a special offer, new product, or important update. It's a simple way to keep your customers informed and engaged.

The Carousel Feature on QashierPOS is designed to help merchants create a better checkout experience by turning the customer-facing screen into an engaging display.

How to Set up in QashierHQ

To enable the carousel feature on QashierHQ, merchants simply need to reach out to local customer service and make a request.

Image/GIF Requirements:

  • File size: Each file must be under 100KB

  • Accepted formats: PNG and JPEG only

  • Dimensions:

    • For XL Screens: 1200 x 800 pixels

    • For X2 Screens: 800 x 480 pixels

  1. Log in to QashierHQ.

  2. Choose Store.

  3. Access the Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Click on "Carousel" to select it.

  5. Set your preferred image interval time.

  6. Click the plus icon to upload an image.

  7. Click the "Add Image" button to upload additional images.

  8. After uploading the images, click the arrow-up icon to adjust the image to fit the customer-facing screen.

  9. Once everything is set, click the Save button to finalize the setup.

The carousel will only display when the customer-facing screen is idle. During active transactions, the screen will automatically switch to show important details like table items or payment options, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for your customers.
