Ingredient Management allows you to create ingredients and assign them to your main products. Assigning the ingredients in units required for the main product will also adjust the inventory of your ingredients accordingly.

1. CREATING A NEW INGREDIENT & MANAGING STOCK

On the Qashier Smart Terminal, go to Inventory Management. Select the Basket icon on the top right of the page.

To create a new ingredient, select CREATE and type in your new Ingredient Name and Unit (e.g. grams, kilograms, piece). Select CONFIRM CREATE.

How to change my ingredient name and unit?

Tap and hold the ingredient to edit.

How to edit stock of my ingredients?

Tap the ingredient and enter the number of units you would like to add to the 'Add Stock' field. For other stock edits, select the 'Stock Action' dropdown list.

(Please note that usage of ingredients will automatically be deducted when the main product is sold)

2. ASSIGNING INGREDIENTS TO YOUR PRODUCTS

On the Ingredient Management page, select ASSIGN on the top left.

Then, select a product from the Product List.

Select ASSIGN INGREDIENT, select an ingredient and input the deduct ratio.

Deduct Ratio indicates the ingredient unit to deduct when the product is purchased. Select OK to add the ingredient to the product.

How do I edit/delete an ingredient from a product?

Select the ingredient in the product and input the new deduct ratio or select DELETE to remove the ingredient from the product.
