Occasionally, we will push updates to you on your terminal. This will include new features and bug fixes. The update will only take approximately 1 minute and will not change any of your current settings.

When an update is pushed to you, you will see a message at the bottom of the Point of Sale page: Update available. Please return to the main page to update. Complete any open transactions and tap the 'Back' button below your terminal screen to go back to the main page.

On the main page, you will see the Update message at the bottom of the page too. Select Settings icon on the top right-hand corner and select UPDATE.

After the update has been completed, a pop-up message will be shown as below. Select INSTALL. Your existing data will not be lost and any employee can install the update.

If you receive the message to 'Turn on Play Protect', please select DECLINE and ALLOW installation from Qashier POS.

Your update will be successfully installed once the Qashier POS app restarts automatically.
