To assign your staff to different commission tiers according to their ranks:

  1. Select Employee Management in the menu on the left-hand side of the portal.

  2. Select an employee.

  3. Select and assign a tier in Staff Commission Tier dropdown box.

To tag commission rates to your products/services:

  1. Select Product Management in the menu on the left-hand side of the portal.

  2. Select an item to edit.

  3. Under Assistant/Junior/Senior commission rates ($), enter the amount to be paid to the employees according to their ranks.
