How to Manage Staff in Qashier POS

Managers can add or delete staff easily through the Qashier Smart Terminal

To add a new staff:

  1. Select the “☰” icon at the top right hand corner of the POS homepage

  2. Select MANAGE STAFF

  3. Enter your TERMINAL PIN number

  4. Tap on CREATE STAFF on the bottom right hand corner of edit staff page

  5. Key in Staff Name

  6. Key in Staff PIN

    PIN number has to be at least 4 digits
  7. Tap on CONFIRM to add the new staff

To delete an existing staff:

  1. Select the "三" icon at the top right hand corner of the POS homepage

  2. Select MANAGE STAFF

  3. Enter your TERMINAL PIN number

  4. Tap on the staff which you would like to delete

  5. Tap on DELETE STAFF button

  6. Select YES to delete staff

To edit an existing staff details:

  1. Select the "三" icon at the top right hand corner of the POS homepage

  2. Select MANAGE STAFF

  3. Enter your TERMINAL PIN number

  4. Tap on the staff which you would like to edit

  5. Do the amendments accordingly

  6. Tap on CONFIRM button once done

Warning:

Do not use Edit Staff function to create a new staff.

Edit staff is used only if you need to amend existing Staff PIN
